Arrest over London student street stabbing

Police investigating the death of a 24-year-old student in south London have questioned a man on suspicion of murder.

Samuel Guidera was found with a stab wound at Bailey Place, Sydenham, at 2155 GMT on Saturday.

The University of Greenwich history and politics student was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead soon after.

A 39-year-old man arrested in Penge, south London, on Thursday has been released on bail until mid-April.
