Tube closures disrupt Lords test match and football
The Jubilee Line is the main form of transport to Lords
Closures are affecting seven Underground lines across London - disrupting major sporting events.
The Jubilee Line is closed for maintenance - affecting fans travelling to Lords for England's test match with Pakistan on Sunday and Monday.
Also closed is the Victoria Line, disrupting people going to Tottenham Hotspur's match at White Hart Lane.
Part closures are in place on the District, Metropolitan, Piccadilly, waterloo and City and Overground lines.
The Football Supporters' Federation said it was wrong to assume people only need to use public transport during the week.
'Frustration'The organisation warned the closures might affect London's economy by putting people off going to football games.
A Transport for London spokesman said: "We appreciate the frustration passengers feel when confronted by diversions or closures.
"But we are carrying out a major programme of work to upgrade the Tube and ultimately improve services."
He added: "All of our works are co-ordinated to protect major events from their impact.
"But with so many events taking place in London every weekend this is not always possible."
