Lincolnshire County Council apologies for email blunder

Lincolnshire County Council has apologised after 4,000 names and email addresses were sent out to the public by mistake.
Officials said an email to 250 people about changes to the council's jobs website included details of those registered with the site.
The message was recalled and recipients were asked to delete it.
The council said since the error, which happened earlier this month, new safety precautions had been put in place.
This is the second recent data loss incident in the area. Over the weekend, East Midlands Ambulance Service revealed it had lost the patient details and addresses of 42,000 people.
Judith Hetherington-Smith, chief information and commissioning officer for the county council, said the mistake was "totally unacceptable".
"It is deeply regretted by the council but we must stress it was very limited information, with no deeply personal details," she said.
"We apologised to those whose information was involved and additional checks have been put in place when such information is being handled."
