Pedestrian killed in Bracebridge Heath road crash

A607 Bracebridge Heath Lincolnshire Police asked anyone who saw the crash on the A607 to contact them

A pedestrian has died after being hit by a car on a Lincolnshire road.

The crash on Monday night, on the A607 Grantham Road at Bracebridge Heath, was reported to police by paramedics.

A 64-year-old local man was taken to Lincoln County Hospital with a serious head injury but died on Tuesday.

The driver of the car, a 41-year-old Lincoln man, was not injured. Any witnesses to the crash, near Tesco and Co-op stores, were urged to contact police.
