Boston travel agents armed robbery suspects charged

A man and a woman have been charged over an armed robbery at a travel agents in a Lincolnshire town.

A man entered Thomson travel agents, in Wide Bargate, Boston, on 26 September, and threatened staff before leaving with a quantity of cash.

He was driven away by a woman driving a red Honda car.

A 53-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, both from Kent, have been charged with robbery and a second offence each.

The man is also charged with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to commit an offence. The woman faces a charge of being in possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
