Lincoln bookmakers' staff threatened with knife

Staff at a bookmakers in Lincoln have been threatened with a knife during a robbery.

A man entered Ladbrokes in Sincil Street, Lincoln, at about 18:30 BST on Friday, and brandished the weapon.

He took the cash register and left the premises turning towards St Mary's Street. No one was hurt.

The offender is described as white, 5ft 10in (1.7m) tall and wearing a black hooded coat with blue jeans. Police have appealed for information.
