Two men die in a single-car crash near Sleaford

Two passengers have died after a single-car crash in Lincolnshire.

The collision happened on the A15 at Leasingham near Sleaford in the early hours of Thursday morning, Lincolnshire Police said.

Two men in the car died at the scene and the 27-year-old driver, a woman from Sleaford, was taken to Lincoln County Hospital for treatment.

The road was closed for several hours to allow an investigation to take place.

In a separate incident on Christmas Day, a North Witham man died in a crash in Metheringham, a police spokesman said.
