Two professional footballers, who were questioned by Lincolnshire Police over an alleged sexual assault, have been released without charge.
Officers began an investigation after they were called to a Lincoln flat on 8 November following a report involving an 18-year-old woman.
A police spokesperson said a "thorough investigation" into the matter had been carried out.
The spokesperson confirmed "it was established no offence took place".
Ambulance service is fined £3.5m
East Midlands Ambulance Service is fined for failing to meet response time targets for a third year.
