Man in hospital after being stabbed in Bourne

A man has been stabbed in the chest in Lincolnshire.

The 21-year-old man, of no fixed address, was injured in the incident at Peregrine Place in Bourne on Sunday.

He is being treatea at Peterborough and District Hospital. A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson described his condition as satisfactory.

A 27-year-old woman from Bourne has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. Officers have appealed for witnesses.
