Leicester streets blighted by fly-tipping

A residential street in Leicester has become a fly-tipping hotspot - and it could be weeks before it is cleared away.

Rubbish has been dumped in the Northfields area of the city but because it is on private land it is more complicated to get it taken away.

Leicester City Council said it is up to the private land owners to clear it away.
