Leicester shisha cafe fire: Man charged

A man has been charged with arson in connection with a fire at a shisha cafe in Leicester.
Firefighters were called to a large fire at the Cloud 9 shisha cafe on 25 October at about 11:20 BST.
The cafe was built on the roof of the Curzonia Knitwear factory, on the corner of Birstall Street and Curzon Street.
A 28-year-old man has been charged with arson being reckless as to whether life has been endangered.
The charge comes after an investigation between Leicestershire Police and Leicester Fire and Rescue.
The man will appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on 9 January.
