Bradford shooting leaves man with serious injuries

A man has received serious injuries in a "targeted" shooting in Bradford, police have said.

The 42-year-old victim was shot at about 19:48 GMT on Saturday on Little Horton Lane in the city centre.

He is understood to be in a stable condition in hospital.

Det Ch Insp Adrian Taylor of West Yorkshire Police said he believed it was a "targeted incident" and has appealed for witnesses to come forward.
