Ten held after Thornbury road-rage gun fired

Ten men have been arrested after a gun was fired during an alleged road-rage incident and brawl in Bradford.

West Yorkshire Police said a gun was fired on Upper Rushton Road in the Thornbury area of Bradford on Tuesday.

Armed police arrested five men in a VW Passat car on Upper Mosscar Street following the incident.

Four others were arrested later in the Pudsey area of Leeds and another was held in Eccleshill, Bradford, overnight.

Police said they were treating the incident as a targeted attack and no-one was injured.

Patrols have been increased in the area to reassure residents.
