Man killed when car hit tree named as Mohammed Sultan

Police have named a man who died when the car he was driving left the road and hit a tree in Bradford.

Mohammed Rabnawaz Sultan, from Bradford, died when his VW Passat crashed into a tree on Queens Road, Undercliffe, at 00:30 BST on Saturday.

Mr Sultan was pronounced dead at the scene, West Yorkshire Police said.

Officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened about 160ft (50m) from the junction with Bolton Road.
