A derelict mill "substantially damaged" by a large fire might have to be demolished, a fire service said.

Firefighters were called to Providence Mill on Tetley Street, Bradford, at about 20:00 BST on Wednesday.

It took several hours to control the fire and crews remained on site overnight damping down.

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said structural engineers were examining the building to see if it needed to be torn down for safety reasons.
