A woman accused of manslaughter and preventing the burial of her four-year-old son's body has made her first appearance before a judge.

Amanda Hutton, 42, was arrested after the decomposed body of Hamza Khan was found at a house in Bradford in 2011.

She was given conditional bail at Bradford Crown Court along with her son Tariq Khan, 24, who is also accused of preventing the burial of a body.

The pair will next appear on 29 May, when they are expected to enter pleas.

Ms Hutton, of Farcliffe Road, Bradford, and Mr Khan, of Bradford Road, Bradford, were told a provisional trial date had been set for 16 September.
