A woman believed to be in her 60s has died after a house fire in Leeds.
Police said they were called to the property in Brownhill Crescent, Harehills at 01:25 GMT.
Firefighters searched the property and found the unconscious woman who was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances, although the cause of the fire was still being investigated.
Car driver faces bus crash charges
A motorist faces eight charges following a crash between a bus and a car in Wakefield which left six people seriously hurt.
