Two men critical after bus and car crash in Wakefield
Eleven people on the bus were injured, including two who were seriously hurt
Two men remain critically ill after a crash between a bus and car in West Yorkshire which left another 13 people injured.
The single-decker bus and a blue VW Golf crashed on Doncaster Road, Wakefield, on Friday afternoon.
Police said two men, aged 20 and 29, travelling as passengers in the car, were in a critical condition.
Eleven people on the bus were injured, including two seriously. The bus driver and car driver were also hurt.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said the two bus passengers seriously hurt were both men aged 80 and 82.
The 64-year-old female bus driver's injuries were not life-threatening and the 30-year-old car driver was in a stable condition, the spokesman added.
Witnesses are being urged to contact the force's major collision inquiry team.
