Man dies after Lincoln Green tower block fall

Grantham Towers The seriously injured man was found lying at the foot of Grantham Towers in Leeds

A woman has been arrested after a man fell from a tower block close to the centre of Leeds on Monday night.

West Yorkshire Police said they were called to Grantham Towers in the Lincoln Green area of the city just after 21:00 BST.

A 39-year-old man suffered serious injuries but was later pronounced dead in hospital.

A 27-year-old woman is being quizzed about the death and officers said inquiries were continuing.
