Wakefield's mining museum secures new funding

The National Coal Mining Museum, housed in a former pit near Wakefield, has secured new funding.

Visitors can go underground for a tour around the pit with former miners sharing their experience of working at the coal face.

The museum celebrates one of Yorkshire's great industries and BBC Look North went for a look round.
