A warning has been issued for icy conditions across parts of West Yorkshire following snow disruption.
The Met Office alert warned of severe cold weather and said ice would be a hazard on roads and pavements across much of the UK.
The public were advised to take extra care and be prepared for travel disruption.
Two accidents involving lorries led to closures on the M62 and M1 motorways in West Yorkshire on Sunday morning.
The M62 eastbound carriageway was closed at the A162 junction for Ferrybridge services for barrier repairs after a lorry accident.
One lane was also closed on the M1 southbound between junction 46 for Austhorpe and junction 45 for Temple Newsam for barrier repairs.
Leeds Bradford Airport, which saw some disruption to flights on Saturday night, was open on Sunday.
