Leeds College of Music gets dozens of Steinway pianos
The Leeds College of Music has acquired 54 Steinway pianos as part of a £2m refurbishment.
To mark the acquisition, pianist Dame Fanny Waterman was present to hear 40 of the instruments being played simultaneously.
Money for the pianos came from government funding and private donations.
