Man killed in car crash in Warton, Lancashire

A man has died in a crash involving two cars in Lancashire.

The driver of a Citroen Saxo was killed after the car collided with a Mercedes on the A584 Lytham Road, Warton, on Monday night.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, said police.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision is under way by Lancashire Constabulary. The force has appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch.
