Stallholders have ended their fight over the closure of a Lancashire market that is being turned into a pound store.

HBS Shopping Village on Victoria Road West, Cleveleys closed two weeks ago after the site was bought by Poundland.

The traders have decided to abandon an application for an injunction against the landlord.

The remaining traders have until 20:00 GMT to remove their stock from the premises.

Traders had claimed they were only given 24-hours notice to quit the premises and remove their stock or lose it but landlord Salim Patel maintained they were given 18-months notice.
