Four arrests over PNE v Blackpool football disorder
Four more people from the Preston area have been arrested over disorder at Preston North End's League Cup win over Blackpool, police have said.
About 200 football fans ran on the pitch and the ground was damaged after the game on 4 August.
A man aged 40 remains in custody and a man, 19, from Fulwood and two boys aged 16, one of Walmer Bridge, another of Ashton have been bailed.
Six other arrests were made on the day of the match.
Two people were charged, one with using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and the other with criminal damage.
The two 16-year-olds and 40-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violence disorder.
The 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violence disorder and going onto a playing area at a football pitch.
Det Insp Paddy O'Neill said the behaviour of those involved in the disorder was "completely unacceptable".
He said: "We hope that these arrests will show people that we have not given up and that we will continue to do all we can to trace those involved and put them before the courts."
