Ice cream van fracas investigated
A dispute between two rival ice cream sellers in Lancashire which was caught on film is being investigated by police.
It happened in front of children buying ice creams on Palatine Road, Blackburn, on 2 June.
The footage was filmed and uploaded on YouTube and has been viewed more than 400,000 times.
It shows Zeheer Ramzan - who trades as Mr Yummy - breaking a window of rival seller Mohammed Mulla - Mr Whippy - then driving into the back of his van.
Blackburn with Darwen Council, which issues licences for street trading, has also confirmed it is investigating.
