Men charged over Facebook disorder messages

Two Lancashire men have been charged after messages were posted on Facebook allegedly encouraging public disorder.

A Nelson man, aged 25, and a 19-year-old from Heysham were charged with encouraging or assisting in commissioning an offence.

Both men were bailed to appear before magistrates at Burnley and Lancaster later in August.

A man, 21, from Blackpool, was arrested on Wednesday over the same offence.
