A baby born with a back-to-front heart has finally returned home after undergoing two major operations to keep her alive.

Chloe Bennett, from Gravesend in Kent, was first operated on when she was just three hours old.

Her mother, Stephanie Bennett, is now campaigning to raise awareness of the condition known as transposition of the great arteries.

BBC South East Today's Simon Jones spoke to her, along with her daughter's heart surgeon, Caner Salih, and grandfather, Alan Lear.
