Burglar Billy Harkins still at large from Standford Hill prison
A man serving time for aggravated burglary is still at large nearly three weeks after absconding from an open prison in Kent.
Kent Police said officers were still trying to trace Billy Harkins, 29, who walked out of Standford Hill on the Isle of Sheppey on 28 June.
Scott Callaghan, 35, who also absconded from the jail was arrested by Merseyside Police on 7 July.
Callaghan was serving a sentence for perverting the course of justice.
A 34-year-old woman from Essex, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released without charge.
Armed robber Michael Wheatley, nicknamed the "Skull Cracker", absconded from Standford Hill on 3 May.
Wheatley, 55, was jailed for life with a minimum of 10 years at Guildford Crown Court after raiding the Chelsea Building Society in Sunbury, Surrey.
He was arrested in Tower Hamlets, east London, after being on the run for five days.
Kent Police have renewed their appeal for anyone with information on Harkins's whereabouts to contact the force.
