A carpenter has made a gold postbox to honour Winter Olympics skeleton champion Lizzy Yarnold.

People in West Kingsdown are being encouraged to post congratulation letters into the wooden box, created by local carpenter Terry Malone.

The messages will be presented to Yarnold upon her return from Sochi.

Meanwhile, vandals painted a Royal Mail postbox gold in Hever Road in the village overnight.
