A lorry driver has been jailed for causing the death of a motorist on the A2 in Kent.

Paul Luckhurst, 41, Chartham, was jailed for eight months and banned from driving for 18 months at Canterbury Crown Court.

Luckhurst, of Highland Road, admitted causing death by careless driving.

Keith Hall, 44, of Dover, died when a tipper truck driven by Luckhurst hit his MGM which had broken down at the side of the road in Patrixbourne.

His wife Paula said her husband had been a "special dad to our two much-loved children that he adored".
