A man who died after being attacked in a car park in Folkestone has been named.

Tim Clayton, 45, was found unconscious in the car park behind Europa House in Pound Way on Saturday morning.

He was taken to the Royal London Hospital where he was treated for head injuries, but died on Sunday.

Detectives from Kent Police continue to question a 54-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday.

A 25-year-old man who was also arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday has been released on bail until 28 November.

Three men were arrested on suspicion of assault on Saturday.

A 28-year-old and a 38-year-old have been released without charge, and a 44-year-old has been released on bail until 6 December.
