Arson attacks on two Folkestone properties investigated

Arson attacks on two properties in Kent in the middle of the night are being investigated by police.

Officers said both fires were started between 02:00 and 03:15 BST in Church Street, Folkestone.

The sites targeted were a wine bar and a communal entrance to flats.

Police said no-one was hurt as a result of the deliberate attacks. Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incidents is asked to contact officers.
