Paul Scott was described as "a well loved father to his five children"
A 21-year-old man has appeared in court charged with murdering a man who died four days after being attacked.
Paul Scott, 43, of Franklin Road, Gillingham, initially refused treatment after being knocked to the ground on 10 February in Medway.
He later went to hospital, where he was treated for a broken leg. He returned on 14 February, and died later.

He will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Wednesday.
