Paralympic Brands Hatch cycling road closures
In June cyclists took part in a test day at Brands Hatch in preparation for the London Paralympic Games
Road restrictions have been put in place around Brands Hatch in Kent ahead of the Paralympic cycling events.
More than 220 athletes from 50 countries will be competing in events at the race track and nearby roads.
About 7,500 spectators are expected at the venue each day, including non-ticket holders who can view the races along the A20 and Scratchers Lane.
Spectators are being encouraged to travel by train to Sevenoaks station and use the free bus shuttle service.
The A20 will be closed from north of Scratchers Lane to just south of the Brands Hatch entrance, with diversions put in place between 3 and 8 September.
Scratchers Lane between the junction with the A20 and Fawkham Road will be closed with restricted access. Part of Fawkham Lane is also closed.
Kent County Council has published a map of the roads affected by the closures.
David Brazier, from the council, said: "We have been working for some time with the London 2012 Organising Committee and Sevenoaks District Council to manage the roads to accommodate this major event.
"It is a real opportunity for celebration and would urge everyone to plan ahead for their journeys now so they can get on with enjoying the Paralympics coming to Kent."
