Man killed, woman hurt in Deal car crash

A man has been killed following a crash between two cars in Kingsdown, Deal on Friday morning.

He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident in Ringwould Road, close to the A258, shortly after 08:40 BST.

A woman was flown to a London hospital with serious injuries after the grey or black Renault Megane was in collision with a silver Renault Clio.

Kent Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward while officers from its serious collision unit investigate.
