Tributes laid at Kyle Coen fatal crash site
Friends of a 14-year-old boy killed in a hit-and-run accident while riding his bike have laid flowers at the scene of the accident near Sittingbourne in Kent.
His girlfriend Donna Clarke, who said she believed she might have seen the car responsible, was among those at the crash site on the A2 London Road.
