Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a jeweller's in Kent.

Firearms officers and police dogs were sent to the scene in Longfield, near Dartford on Tuesday evening, and the Kent Police helicopter was scrambled.

Staff at the family-run shop Bourne & Kemp in Station Road received minor injuries but nothing was stolen,

Officers said two 15-year-old boys were arrested near the scene after searches were carried out.

Anyone who saw the raid at 17:15 BST is urged to contact the force.
