Natalie Esack death: Husband in court on murder charge
A former police officer has appeared in court charged with the murder of his wife who was found stabbed to death at her hairdressing salon in Kent.
Ivan Esack, 38, of Rosewood Avenue, Ashford, was remanded in custody following his appearance before Canterbury magistrates on Wednesday.
The body of 33-year-old Natalie Esack was found at Esack Hair and Beauty in High Street, Ashford, on Monday.
A post-mortem examination showed that Mrs Esack died of multiple stab wounds.
Mr Esack, who was employed by Kent Police until 2010 and recently worked as a football agent, is due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Thursday.
