Warning to avoid beach debris at Ulrome

Debris washed on to a beach in East Yorkshire by recent high tides has led to a council advising people to stay way from the area until it is cleared.

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council has said there was "hazardous" debris at Ulrome.

It said the beach at Southfield Lane, Galleon Beach, Ulrome Sands and Bach Bank caravan site should be avoided.

The council said it would take about 10 days to clear the debris from the area and make it safe.
