Nicola Heaton named as woman killed in Grimsby house fire

Police have named a 53-year-old woman who died in a house fire in North East Lincolnshire.

Nicola Heaton's body was found inside the property in Westward Ho, Grimsby on Wednesday.

Humberside Police said the blaze was discovered by two patrolling officers who tried to break into the property before the arrival of firefighters.

The force said it was carrying out a joint investigation with Humberside Fire and Rescue Service.
