Two arrested after man's death in Hull

A man has died after he was injured in a disturbance at a house in Hull.

Humberside Police said the 26-year-old man died in hospital after the incident on Catherine Grove at about 22:30 GMT on Monday.

Details of the dead man's injuries and his identity have not been released by the force.

Two local men, one in his 50s and one in his 20s, have been arrested in connection with the man's death and are in custody.

A police spokesman said: "Detectives in Hull are continuing to work to establish the circumstances leading to the incident which caused the man to lose his life."
