Humberside Police hold open day at new £32m HQ

Humberside Police headquarters The new headquarters are expected to be fully operational in Spring 2013

Humberside Police have held an open day to show off their new £32m divisional headquarters to the public.

The force has begun to move staff into the building on Clough Road, Hull, which is expected to be fully operational by spring next year.

On Saturday, members of the public were invited to see its 40-cell custody suite and meet the new Police and Crime Commissioner, Matthew Grove.

Work began on the building in February 2011.
