A church memorial service has taken place for a Grimsby man who was murdered in 2011.

The service for Adam Vincent was held in St Giles with St Matthew Church, Scartho, Grimsby, and was led by Fr Edward Martin, rector of Scartho.

Body parts of 33-year-old Mr Vincent were found in waterways across north Lincolnshire during 2011.

Four men from Scartho were convicted of his murder in January and jailed for life.

Fr Martin said the service was a chance for Mr Vincent's family and friends to come together to remember him.

He said: "It's a chance to recall happy memories and happier times and hopefully put some of the recent past behind them."
