Actress Patricia Routledge praises commitment of charity

Actress Patricia Routledge has praised the "loyalty and commitment" of staff at a Worcestershire charity.

Ms Routledge is patron of St Richard's Hospice, in Worcester, which plans to double the number of community nurses to cope with the growing demand for care.

Cath Mackie spoke to Nora Peers, a patient; Carly Warman, a nurse; Mark Jackson, the chief executive of St Richard's Hospice and Ms Routledge.
