Narrowboat firm calls for dredging of River Severn

The owner of a narrowboat holiday firm is calling for dredging to take place in the River Severn.

Lee Porter, from Portharb Holidays, said rising river levels had already cost him £5,000 in lost trade because his boats are trapped in sediment deposited downstream.
