Three arrested over fractured skull assault

generic police car Police have reissued their appeal for witnesses to an assault that left a man with a fractured skull

Three men have been arrested in connection with an assault that left a man with a fractured skull.

The assault took place on Commercial Road in Hereford at around 23:00 BST last Thursday.

The three men arrested have been released on police bail.

Officers believe an altercation started in nearby Yates' bar. PC Ashley North said the victim was assaulted on the dance floor and at the top of the stairs.

"We are now specifically appealing for witnesses to the earlier altercation and assault, which both took place inside the bar."

The victim remains in hospital.
