Teenager injured in Worcester motocross jump

A teenage boy had to be airlifted to hospital with multiple injuries after he fell at a motocross track in Worcestershire.

Ambulance crews were called to the track, in Warndon, Worcester, shortly before 13:45 GMT on Sunday after the boy fell about 10ft from a jump.

The boy, aged 17, injured his pelvis, back, shoulder and wrist.

He was flown to Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment.
