Former council worker admits making indecent child images

A former Worcestershire County Council worker who organised transport for vulnerable children has admitted making indecent images of children.

At Wolverhampton Crown Court Steven Cleaver, 41, of St Georges Road, Dudley, admitted 16 counts of making images between 2006 and 2012.

The images ranged in severity but one was in the most severe category.

Cleaver will be sentenced on 6 March and was told by the judge he could face a custodial sentence.
