A woman has died and two men have been injured in a crash on a main road through Worcestershire.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said the accident, which only involved one car, happened on the A449 in Cookley at about 01:00 GMT.
A woman was confirmed dead at the scene, the service said.
One man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham with a broken leg, the other to Worcestershire Royal Hospital with minor injuries.
Surgeon investigated over 'concerns'
A consultant colorectal surgeon working in Worcestershire is suspended while an investigation into his work takes place.
